Since 2015, E-Win has specialized in making durable, affordable gaming chairs. In 2023, E-Win gaming chairs range in price from $183-$439. The cheapest have basic features; pricier ones come fully-loaded with cutting-edge technologies. For this review, ChairsFX tested a basic Knight Series ($183) and a high-end Champion Revolution Upgraded Edition ($335). Both support 400 pounds, with versatile sizing suitable for both short and tall figures.

Clockwise from top left: Flash XL; Champion 2023; Knight Series; Champion 2023 headrest.

E-Win makes gaming chairs with 400 lbs support, high-end features, affordable prices, and reliable warranties (2 years standard, 5 years extended). Its closest competitor is Fantasylab.

Fantasylab also makes full-featured affordable 400-pound chairs for between $200-$400. However, they’ve got flimsier builds only guaranteed for one year. In contrast, E-Win’s 2 to 5-year warranty protection ensures long-term value for a similar price.

Best E-Win Gaming Chairs Of 2023

At present, E-Win chairs sells its chairs via Ewinracing.com. There are four models in its 2023 collection, with 25 total variants.

E-Win gaming chairs available in 2023
This review focuses on the Knight, Champion, and Flash XL gaming chairs.

This article focuses on the three I find most relevant in the collection:

  1. Champion Revolution Upgraded: 4D arms, height x depth adjustable lumbar; magnetic headrest; free lumbar pillow included. $335 $419
  2. Flash XL: same as the Champion Revolution + a wider seat + 550-pound support. $439 $549
  3. Knight Series: flat seat, 2D arms, standard tilt (rock or lock). $183 $229

Champion Revolution Upgraded (NEW)

$335 $419 from E-Win

The new Champion Revolution Upgraded Edition might look familiar to gaming chair fans. It looks almost the same as a Secretlab Titan Evo chair. Under the hood, its features are also almost exactly the same.

E-Win Champion versus Secretlab Titan chair
The new Champion CPG chair (left) replicates the Titan’s look and functionality.

The Champion Revolution has slightly softer padding and comes bundled with an external memory foam lumbar pillow. It’s also $180 cheaper. That’s the big selling point.

E-Win Champion Series features
Core Champion Series features

For under $350, the Champion offers the latest-and-greatest gaming chair features. It differs from the pioneering Titan Evo with softer seat padding and a lower price.

Champion Revolution Sizing

E-Win rates the Champion Series for sizes 5’3″ to 6’3″. As stated in our gaming chair sizing guide, the key to a good gaming chair fit is the seat’s depth.

E-Win Champion Series seat depth dimensions
This chair’s 19″ usable seat depth is a perfect fit for our 6’1″ model.

We tested it with a 6’1″ model. It provided an almost perfect fit, with a suitable gap behind his knees and the seat lip. Compared with other small ergonomic chairs, the 19″ usable seat depth is indeed suitable for shorter sizes 5’3″ and up.

  • Seat width x depth: 21.7″ (W) x 19.7″ (usable depth)
  • Backrest width x height: 22.6″ (W), 33.9″ (H)
  • Seat height: 16.3″ to 20.2″
  • Size rating: 5’3″ to 6’1″; 400-pound weight capacity

Champion Series Features

Here’s how the Champion Series chair compares with the Secretlab Titan:

Spec Titan Evo Champion CPG
Armrests 4D with swappable top caps Same as the Titan
Support Height x depth-adjustable integrated lumbar; magnetic headrest Same as the Titan
Padding 65 kg/m³ density (firm) 55 kg/m³ (squishier)
External lumbar pillow Optional Included
Available styles 60+ 5 (3 faux leather, 2 fabric)
Sizing S, M, and XL sizes (4’11 to 6’9″) 5’3″ to 6’5″; 400 lbs
Warranty 5 years 5 years
Price $519+ from Secretlab $335 $419 from E-Win (use code CHAIRSFX)

Bottom line: both chairs are functionally similar. The Titan Evo is available in more styles; the Champion CPG is over $180 cheaper, with softer seat padding.

Champion Series Advice

The Secretlab Titan ranks as the best gaming chair on this website. I’ve been using one full-time over the past 2 years — it’s been a fantastic sitting experience.

Champion Series neutral posture versus other high-end ergonomic chairs
Healthy neutral postures L-R: Titan Evo; Champion Series; Herman Miller Embody.

The Champion Series provides the same functionality, with slightly softer seat padding and a much lower price. That makes it an easy pick for budget shoppers.

Champion Series recline angles
This chair supports consistently good posture across the 100-120° recline sweet spot.

The biggest downside is that its support concepts aren’t original. But if you can’t afford an original Secretlab, the Champion Series is a solid alternative.

Flash XL Revolution Upgraded (NEW)

The Flash XL has the same features as the Champion Revolution: integrated 4-way lumbar, magnetic headrest, 4D arms with swappable top caps. The Flash XL differs with larger dimensions and support for 550 pounds.

Here’s how the dimensions of both models compare:

Spec Champion CPG Flash XL
Seat size 21.3″ (W) x 19″ (usable depth) 22″ (W) x 20″ (usable depth)
Seat height 16.1-19.9″ 14-18
Size rating 5’3″ to 6’3″; 400 lbs 5’7″ to 7’0″; 550 lbs
Price $335 $419 from E-Win (use code CHAIRSFX) $439 $549 from E-Win (use code CHAIRSFX)

Flash XL Revolution Advice

The Flash XL is an option for big and tall guys wanting extra-large support. No other gaming chair from an established brand supports 550 pounds. But despite its mammoth weight capacity, the seat’s width is only moderately wide.

Gaming chair seat width measurements
Secretlab Titan XL vs Flash XL gaming chair seat widths.

For instance, the Secretlab Titan XL (395 lbs capacity) seat is 0.8″ wider than the Flash XL. A few other XL gaming chairs with 400+ pound support also have 22″ or wider seats.

Even so, the Flash XL’s flat 22″ seat provides plenty of room for thick legs and big bottoms. Significantly, it’s the only Flash XL variant with a flat, non=-bladed seat style.

FLH-X vs another (bladed seat edge) Flash XL gaming chair
The black FLH-XL edition is the only Flash XL version with a flat (non-bladed) seat.

Flash XL chairs with bladed seats only have 16.5″ of usable space between the hard bladed edges; the black FLH-XL model’s flat seat pan has a wholly-usable 22″ width.

For ultra-heavy sizes needing 550-pound support, the black FLH-XL is the only Flash XL chair an ultra-heavyweight person should consider. Compared to the Titan XL ($599+), it supports 155 more pounds, and costs $160 less.

Knight Series: $183 Starter Chair

$183 $229 from E-Win

On paper, the Knight easily ranks as the best cheap gaming chair priced under $200. It has 2D arms, a 2-year warranty, a spacious seat, and support for 400 pounds. No other gaming chair in this price range even comes close to these specs.

E-Win Knight Series chair and model sitting
Knight Series chair with a 6’1″ 170-pound model.

In practice, the Knight is also a treat. Its flat, wide seat supports various body types, while its lumbar pillow + headrest combo is easy to use.

Knight Series Sizing

E-Win rates the Knight for sizes 5’3″ to 6’1″. It provided a solid fit for our 6’1″ model. At the same time, the 19.7″ usable seat depth is shallow enough to legit support sizes 5’3″ and taller.

Knight Series chair seat fit and good posture demonstration
The 19.7″ seat provided our 6’1″ model a good fit with a decent gap between the seat and the back of his knees.

The low seat height is also significant. Most average-sized gaming chairs have a minimum 18″ seat height. In comparison, the Knight’s 16’3″ minimum is a great fit for people with shorter legs. As a result, ChairsFX also ranks it as the best gaming chair for short, thick sizes.

  • Seat width x depth: 21.7″ (W) x 19.7″ (usable depth)
  • Backrest width x height: 22.6″ (W), 33.9″ (H)
  • Seat height: 16.3″ to 20.2″
  • Size rating: 5’3″ to 6’1″; 400-pound weight capacity

Knight Series Features

Like all cheap gaming chairs, the Knight has basic adjustable features. For first-time ergonomic chair users, the advantage of more basic features is ease of use.

Two men showing proper usage of an E-Win chair lumbar support pillow
The Knight’s loose lumbar pillow is a great teaching tool for first-time ergonomic chair users.

For instance, to make use of the lumbar pillow, simply raise it a few inches higher than the seat, targeting support slightly above your beltline.

  • Functionality: 2D armrests; recline from 85° to 155°; rocking with tilt tension.
  • Padding: 55kg/m³ cold-cured foam.
  • Upholstery: PVC faux leather.
  • Support: headrest and lumbar pillows included.
  • Warranty: two years.

Knight Series Advice

This is the only gaming chair with 400-pound support and a 2-year warranty priced under $200 on the market. Everyone sized between 5’3″ and 6’2″ should find a good fit in this chair.

Count on this chair for 2+ years of ergonomic gaming, office work AND lounging time.

The 2-year warranty (extendable to 5) also makes a difference. Unlike other cheap chairs, the Knight had a solid build quality designed for long-term usage.

The other Champion chairs all have bladed seat edges. These include the Pink Bunny: the only bunny chair (there are several) with premium features and 400-pound support.

  • Padding: high-quality cold-cured foam.
  • Upholstery: stain-resistant PU leather.
  • Warranty: two years (extendable to 5).

These sizing specs are for the models with flat seat edges. Bladed versions have a 16.5″ inner width (between the bladed edges) and a 21.3″ total width (including the bladed edges):

  • Seat width x depth: 20.9″ (W) x 21.7″ (D)
  • Backrest width x height: 21.7″ (W) x 37.8″ (H)

Calling Series

E-Win price: $216 $269

Calling Series chairs have the same features as the Knight Series. The Knight is slightly cheaper, with a flat, wide, spacious seat. In contrast, Calling chairs all have bladed edges.

E-Win Calling Series gaming chairs

Sizing

Calling Series chairs have slightly smaller dimensions than the Champion Series. E-Win rates them for users 5’3″ to 5’9″ with a weight capacity of 400 pounds. If you have thick legs or wide hips, the bladed edges may feel restrictive.

  • Seat width x depth: 21.3″ (W) x 22.8″ (D)
  • Backrest width x height: 21.3″ (W), 35″ (H)
  • Seat height: 14.2-17.7″

  • Padding: high-quality cold-cured foam.
  • Upholstery: stain-resistant PU leather.

Buying advice

There’s no reason to buy this chair. The Knight Series has the same features with a wider seat style and a lower price. On the flip side, for just $120 more, you can buy a cutting-edge Champion Series 2023 edition.

Conclusion: 3 Best E-Win Chairs

Three chairs stand out in the 2023 E-Win gaming chair product line. The Knight is one of the best cheap gaming chairs available. It’s also one of the few that legitimately supports extra-wide and short sizes.

Best E-Win gaming chairs
My picks: best 3 E-Win gaming chairs of 2023.

The two Revolution Upgraded editions are on the ergonomic cutting edge. Short and average sizes can choose the Champion Revolution Upgraded edition; extra-large body types can choose the Flash XL.

  1. Champion Revolution Upgraded: 4D arms, height x depth adjustable lumbar; magnetic headrest; free lumbar pillow included. $335 $419
  2. Flash XL: same as the Champion Revolution + a wider seat + 550-pound support. $439 $549
  3. Knight Series: flat seat, 2D arms, standard tilt (rock or lock). $183 $229

All three do a good job helping users sit with comfortable good posture. Small, thick sizes will appreciate the wide seats with low-height settings.

Healthy neutral postures in Knight (left), Champion (center), and Herman Miller Aeron chairs.

The main downside: E-Win chairs have plain, conservative designs. But flashy skins are temporary. E-Win’s good posture support will last you five blissful years — for rock-bottom prices.
